Tara Padua (ICF-PCC, CMC) has 20 years of experience including roles in talent development, sales leadership, private equity, public finance and political administration. She is sought-after to drive growth and develop leaders in challenging and dynamic environments.
Currently serving as Associate Director, Executive MBA Career Management at Cornell University's Johnson School of Business, Tara is also a Senior Partner at TeamPossible, an alumni member of the Forbes Coaches Council and Master Coach at The Muse.
Tara has worked with leaders in business and technical roles, from the board room to first-time managers. As co-founder of NextFem and host of The NextFem Podcast, Tara is leading the conversation about what it means to be a modern woman. She has interviewed nearly 100 powerhouse women, including CEOs, bestselling authors, professional athletes and even comedians about the more vulnerable side of their road to success.
Previously, Tara served as Partner, Senior Leader and Head of Sales at Accomplishment Coaching, a boutique leadership development and coach training firm. During her tenure she led their expansion to three new cities, coached and managed their sales teams and facilitated the flagship program in five cities.
A Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Tara received her BA in Spanish Literature from Bard College and has completed advanced studies at the Lacoste School of Arts. She is a native of the Catskills region of New York and resides in Manhattan.
