Tara is also the co-founder of NextFem and the host of The NextFem Podcast, where she's leading the conversation about love, leadership and what it means to be a modern woman.

Tara previously served as both Senior Leader and Chief Marketing Officer at a boutique leadership development and coach training firm, facilitating their flagship training program in five cities.

Tara is a Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She received her BA in Spanish Literature from Bard College, has a Masters degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and completed advanced studies at the Lacoste School of Arts. Tara is a native of the Catskills region of New York and resides in Manhattan.
